Boulou comprises of 2.5hectares of woodland and meadow land.
There is a barn (see first blog) and a ruined farmhouse (see below picture)
Within the ruined farmhouse is a 2birth caravan which has a gas fridge, two gas rings and a gas grill. The caravan is protected by a temporary roof made of trees, straw bales and tarpaulin!!
There is a water source that is captured below the buildings.
We have created veg gardens and currently keep chickens, goats and pigs (although all animals can be re-homed before the sale if required).
Services and access are as in the blog about the barn.
In fact the info on that page is all the info relating to the whole property.
